2. Supplier Network Disclaimer

The manufacturers listed on our "Partners" page are companies with whom we have historical cooperation records dating back 5 to 13+ years.

However, please note the following:

  • We provide NO GUARANTEE regarding the current financial status, production capability, or quality of these suppliers.
  • We assume NO LIABILITY for any disputes or financial losses arising from direct transactions between you and the listed suppliers.
  • Unless you engage us for our paid FOB Verification Plan, you transact at your own risk.

3. Paid Verification Service ($1,000)

For our Standard Verification Service, our obligation is to provide a comprehensive "snapshot" of the supplier. This includes:

  • Verifying business licenses and export permits.
  • Conducting an on-site visit to the factory premises.
  • Providing real-time video/photo evidence of existence.

This service is a risk-mitigation tool and does not constitute a guarantee of future order performance.

4. Communication Policy

We operate strictly on a B2B basis. We reserve the right to ignore inquiries sent from personal email addresses (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.). All official communication must be conducted via corporate email domains. Our WhatsApp support line is exclusively for verified clients.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
